If equipment has failed and stock, service or safety is at risk, telephone 0800 952 0081. A call reaches a person who can ask the right questions straight away and start arranging an engineer. It is the fastest route to us, and it is the one we would ask you to use.
Please do not rely on the contact form for a breakdown. Form submissions arrive in an inbox and are read during office hours. A telephone call does not wait for an inbox to be checked.
We attend emergency breakdowns for commercial customers across the North East, covering refrigeration, air conditioning and commercial catering equipment. We work on equipment we installed and equipment we did not, including systems left behind by a previous contractor.
Useful to have to hand when you call
Your business name, and the site address or postcode. A number we can reach you on. What the equipment is, and roughly how old it is. What it is doing, or not doing — whether it is completely off, or running but not holding temperature. Whether stock or product is at risk. And whether you already hold a maintenance agreement with us.
What happens after the call
We will talk the fault through with you, check whether there is anything safe and simple worth trying at your end, and agree what happens next — an attendance, a parts order, or advice on protecting stock in the meantime. You will get a realistic picture at the time of the call rather than a fixed promise made before anyone knows what has actually failed.
Safety first. If you can smell gas, see smoke or sparking, or the fault involves standing water near live electrical equipment, isolate the supply if it is safe to do so and call the relevant emergency service before you call us. Please do not open up or attempt repairs inside equipment yourself.
We cover North Shields, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland and the wider North East. If you are outside that area, call and ask — we would rather give you a straight answer than leave you waiting on one.
