Privacy Policy

This policy is a draft and is awaiting client approval. It describes how the website currently works and is not legal advice.

Who we are

What we collect, and when

We only collect personal information when you give it to us.

If you use the enquiry form we collect your first and last name, your email address and telephone number, and — if you choose to give them — your business or organisation, your site postcode, the service you are asking about, your enquiry type, your preferred contact method, and whatever you write in the message.

If you telephone or email us we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation or message.

We do not ask for, and have no reason to hold, special category data. Please do not send it to us.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to take steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract — such as arranging a site visit or preparing a quotation — and to carry out and support any work that follows.

Who we share it with

Enquiries sent through this website are delivered by email to Millennium and are read by the people who deal with enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf in order to deliver and store those messages.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable form.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Cookies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page.
